Rodents including mice and rats may not only damage the integrity of your home, but they can also be damaging to your health.  Mice can enter your home through even the smallest cracks or crevices.  Crawlspaces, garages, wood piles and sheds are among the favorite places that mice like to call home.  A mouse only needs the space the size of a childs pinky crawl through to make your home its home.  While in your home the mouse may spread disease through its urine and feces damage your walls,  wiring and other areas of your home as it makes itself at home.

According to the Center for Disease Control illnesses caused by rodents include Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome, Hemorrhagic Fever, Lassa Fever, Leptosiprosis, Lymphocytic Chorio-meningitis, Omsk Hemorrhagic Fever, Plauge, Rat-Bite Fever, Salmonellosis, South American Arenaviruses and Tuleremia.
